lucky that I don’t have to pay for bill, or else.
I walked over to my bed, putting my luggage next to my bed and put my messenger on my bed. “Stupid luggage’s,” I frowned.
“Hey, you must be my roommate,” I heard from behind me making me jump and let out a little squeal. I eased my breathing, clutching on to my chest, scared that it would jump out of where it should be. I slowly opened my eyes and was about to introduce myself when I found that it was no longer necessary. I squealed and ran towards her, hugging her tightly and together we jumped up like the girls that we are.
“Samantha! What the fuck are you doing here?!” I asked when we finally finished our celebration.
“Oh nothing. Just here,” she said and shrugged sitting on her bed, crossing her legs.
“What the fuck do you mean ‘just here’?” I asked.
“I mean, I’m going to school here and I’m gonna be your roommate, that’s what I mean!” she laughed and I did a victory dance.
I stopped and looked at her. “What about Kyle? Didn’t you guys have that thing in New York?” I asked.
“He’s getting settled into his dorm,” she smiled.
“Wait, so he moved here too?” Can this get any better?!
“Yeah. He didn’t let me move alone,” she smirked.
“Awww! That’s so sweet!” I squealed. “This is gonna be great. College. Both of us. It’s gonna be bomb .”
“Sorry, but I’m faithful,” she chuckled.
“Are you saying that I’m not?!” I gasped.
“No, you said that,” she pointed out.
“Agh! I can't believe you’re here!” I smiled and hugged her like crazy.
I know, I know. It’s weird for you all. But fuck, Samantha was pretty damn awesome.
“Trust me, you will and it’ll get better,” she laughed.
“What?” I asked confused.
“You’ll find out,” she said. “Now let’s get you unpacked,” she said walking over to my luggage, trying to carry it but failed. “Okay, I can't even carry that thing. What on earth do you have in there?” she asked.
“Nothing. Just clothes,” I shrugged. She eyed me carefully. “Okay, fine. Maybe a few hard drives and maybe a couple laptops,” I hung my head.
“Oh Kate , you never change,” she shook her head.

“ Kate ! Lover boy is here,” I heard somebody shaking me.
“Leave me alone,” I mumbled, hugging my duvet to me.
“Jr is outside the door!” she screamed at me. I got out of bed right away, rushing for the door and sent it flying open. Sam started laughing hysterically. “You should’ve seen your expression. It was priceless,” she laughed on the floor.
I frowned and closed the door. I glared at her. “Not funny Sam,” I frowned and got back in bed.
“Now I know how to get you out of bed,” she said still giggling lightly.
I went back to sleep and was dreaming lightly until somebody was shaking me awake. “Wake up beautiful. Dinner time,” the voice said.
“Leave me alone Samantha,” I frowned.
“What are you talking about?” I heard her voice.
“Babe it’s me,” I heard his wonderful voice say. I got up slowly and rubbed my eyes, seeing Ryan was on the foot of my bed, smiling. “Morning gorgeous,” he greeted.
I got up and stretched, then saw my reflection, making me jump back slightly. “Gorgeous my ass,” I mumbled.
“It is too I guess, but I like your face better,” Ryan said.
“I think I’ll leave you two alone,” Samantha chuckled her phone next to her ear and snuck out of the room into the setting sun.
I groaned and sat next to Ryan, leaning against him. “You okay?” he asked.
“I feel exactly like how I look,” I said to him.
“You look gorgeous, what are you talking about?” he asked. I sat up, eyeing him and glared.
“You’re such a liar,” I accused.
He pulled me by the waist. “You know that no matter what you look like, you’re still gorgeous to me,” he assured.
“You lie,” I smiled.
“You’re smiling,” he said.
