pieces and, using her fork, she popped them into her mouth.
The cameraman wasn't focused under the booth, so he moved his foot towards her, he touched her foot and slowly ran his foot up her leg, catching a smile from her face while she was eating; he knew that he had made the right move.
“This food is delicious,” Kayla remarked, pursing her lips before she took another sip of her wine. She took the napkin from beside her and wiped her mouth with it, pressing it slowly against her lips before putting it down.
Devon chuckled and shook his head, he wished that she wasn't so uncomfortable around the cameras, he wanted her to feel comfortable, he wanted her to be herself so that he could get to know the real her.
“Have you ever been married?” he asked her when he finished his potato and started in on his own steak that was now warm and not hot, but he wasn't going to complain about it.
“No, gosh no. I don't know if I will ever be married. It's going to take a very special man for that to happen,” Kayla added in quickly, forgetting for just a moment that she was on national television.
Devon laughed when he saw the look on her face, he was sure that the camera caught it, but he didn't care because he wanted her to be honest with him—camera or not. He could see that they had an attraction but he himself didn't think that the date would lead to another. What he had wanted was sex and he knew that the cameraman wasn't going to go into the house if he was invited in himself.
They finished their dinner and Kayla had drunk half the bottle of wine. She was giggling and having a good time with him. Loosening up is what he had wanted to see and she did it well right before they were getting ready to leave.
Devon raised his hand and saw the waiter coming over with their check. No one had to know how much it was, so he covered it with his hand.
“I will be right back,” Devon told her, looking into the camera and giving the cameraman a look saying that he had better not follow him. He even had his standards and no one had to know how much he was paying for dinner. He may have been a billionaire but he also had class and knew it was none of anyone’s business.
He went to the front and paid for their dinner, the waiter was about to go back into the kitchen when Devon stopped him.
“I wanted to let you know you did a good job tonight, we were really impressed with your quickness. I wanted to make sure you knew that we appreciated your service.” Devon gave him a smile.
“It's my job.” The waiter gave him a smile.
Devon took out his wallet and he took out the first bill he had, putting it the palm of the waiter's hand, he closed up his hand and walked away. When Devon went back to the table, and the waiter looked in the palm of his hand and his eyes grew wide. It was a hundred dollar bill. He put it in his back pocket so that he could keep it for himself.
Devon waved to him when he was getting ready to leave and the waiter nodded his head, getting ready to clear their table and head off to another table that was waiting for their menu.
“Now where do you want to go?” Devon asked her, taking her hand and knowing that the cameraman was behind them.
“I think that it's getting late and I would like to go home,” Kayla told him honestly. She had to work in the morning and she had to be there earlier than normal.
“Great, then we will take you home.” Devon smiled. Though he was okay with it, Kayla could tell that he was a little disappointed that she
