already knew and dismissed the term.

“A lot of people have warm feelings for their therapists and sometimes these feelings can take a romantic turn and … uh … yes, it’s normal to have those feelings,” Swanson continued.

Swanson seemed a little unsettled by the disclosure, but Sam was developing a real interest in her and didn’t see a wedding ring, so she persisted.

“Have you ever been with a woman?” Sam asked.

“Uh … haha … “ Swanson clearly did not feel comfortable being asked these questions, but she did her best to respond in a professional and helpful manner. “I, you know, uh … I haven’t, actually. But uh … I don’t have anything against it. I just haven’t, uh … “

“Have you ever thought about it?” Sam asked in an attempt to get Swanson to at least think about it.

“I … uh … yes, I have on occasion thought about … uh … other women … But uh, these sessions are about you, not me. So let’s get back to you.” Swanson leaned forward in her chair, reached to the glass coffee table that separated her from Sam and picked up a small tin of mints. “Would you like a mint?” she asked.

At this angle, with Swanson bent forward in her seat, Sam could see directly into the top of her dress and had a full view of her voluptuous, dangling breasts. She recognized this move immediately as a sign of sexual interest. Every time a woman had used it in a bar or public place while talking to Sam, they eventually had sex. Without exception. Swanson was obviously sending mixed signals. She wasn’t supposed to want it, but Samantha knew she did.

“Yes, thank you,” Sam replied to the offer of a mint. She leaned forward while still staring at Swanson’s breasts, then made eye contact as she took the mint and held Swanson’s fingers for a moment. The damn glass coffee table was proving to be an obstacle. Sam would have moved in and taken the good doctor right then if it hadn’t been there. How dare she show her tits like that and then remain so coy. What a tease, Sam thought.

Sam leaned back in her chair, popped the mint in her mouth and alternately looked at Dr. Swanson’s tits and eyes, trying to let her know nonverbally that she knew what she really wanted.

As the session eventually ended, Swanson stood up, walked around the glass coffee table and Sam’s chair, and began escorting her to the door. “So is the same time next week good for you, or would another time be better?” she inquired.

Sam, following from behind, grabbed Swanson by the waist, turned her around, squeezed both her breasts firmly and asked, “Why’d you show these to me?”

“Wha … what do you mean? What are you doing?” Swanson asked, backing away and maintaining her professionally-appropriate modest stance.

“You know, when you leaned over for the mints,” Sam continued, as she backed Swanson against the near wall. “You made me look up at them just when they were exposed,” she said in deeper, more passionate tones as she slowly pressed her body closer to Swanson’s.

    “I … I didn’t …” Swanson began to protest.

“Yes you did. Don’t lie. You expect me to tell the truth, so you need to.” Samantha put her hands on the small of Swanson’s back and thrust her pelvis into her. “Tell me the truth,” she leaned in and whispered, as she smelled the sweet scent of her doctor. “You wanted me to see. You wanted me to want you. Tell me.” She pushed harder into Swanson.

    “Yes … I did. I’m sorry … “

“Shhhh … “ Sam put a finger firmly over Swanson’s lips and smiled. “Don’t ever apologize for that. There’s nothing wrong with wanting it.” She took Swanson’s right hand and slid it inside her/Sam’s blouse to cup her pert left breast. “How’s that feel,” she asked Swanson, as she leaned in for a kiss.

“Oh, sooo good,” Swanson replied breathlessly, and hesitantly kissed
