The Seed of the White Tiger
don’t identify you as an intruder.” It was right after that she remembered what was in her bathroom. “If you’ll excuse me, I have to go take care of some business.” She hurried into the bathroom, trying to hide the evidence of the baby until she could tell him. She quickly located the positive test, pulling it out of her purse and secretly throwing it into the trash can. She made sure to flush the toilet and wash her hands, trying to hide her activities. This made her feel like an outlaw, she felt so guilty for hiding and a part of her mind thought it was a little strange to be hiding information about his own child.

When she emerged, he was waiting for her. “Is it ok if I unpack some things in the extra bedroom?”

“Yes, but don’t use that one.” He had been about to head into her ritual room. “That one has a specific purpose, it’s not for guests.”

“Then where am I going to sleep?” He was curious again. His eyes twinkled. “I can sleep in your bed if you’d like me too.”

Dom froze again. This was becoming an all too common occurrence. “Let’s just see how everything turns out. I have another bedroom. It’s a little smaller, but it should work out well for you.” She led him to a tiny room off of the kitchen.

“This looks like a closet.” He was in shock. “Was this converted?”

“It used to be a utility room, but I have my washer and dryer in the garage right now, so I turned it into a bedroom.”

“It will do wonderfully. At least I’m right by the kitchen in case I get hungry in the middle of the night.” He smiled and tipped her head up to face him. “But I think that I would be happier in your bed.” The promises that showed in his face almost drove her crazy. When he kissed her it got even worse. “I meant to keep my hands to myself, but I just can’t, not now.” He whispered those words against her lips as she was kissing him back.

She needed to feel him, so she wrapped her arms around his body. In that moment her insecurities disappeared. They were alone and her back was to a wall. She instantly regretted having worn pants, even though the intent was to prevent a moment just like this. As his hands brushed over her rump he found her back pocket and slipped his hand into it. “You look good in jeans.” He mumbled, his lips brushing her neck and the hot breath dancing along her skin like a thousand tiny feathers. She shuddered and he held her closer, pulling her hips into his, letting her feel his desire.

She touched him, running her hands down his back, then to the front, toward his chest. His hands slipped out of her back pocket and touched her, running his hands around her waist, pushing her shirt up slightly. Her movements mimicked his; she could feel the hardness of his muscular form while he enjoyed the smoothness of her skin.

His hand slipped up, under her shirt, grazing the bottom edge of her bra. She let his exploration continue, her mind blank of any argument. ‘Why do I always find myself here? If I’m not here, I want to be here. What’s wrong with me?’ The thoughts weren’t enough to pull her away from him. She moaned against his mouth, wanting more, her body taking over her mind.

He pushed closer to her, the wall behind prevented her from moving away, even though she really didn’t want to anyway. His voice was growling and smooth, like dark velvet in her ear. “I could take you right here, on the floor.”

Dom froze, this time for just a second. That was all it took to decide. She nodded, slightly, but it was enough for him to catch it. He gently lifted her and laid her down on the floor. He settled on top of her, nestled between her legs. “Clothes.” She almost choked on the word, reminding him of what was in the way. She convinced herself that she would tell him about the baby after they had had their lovely reunion, putting all of the indecision out of her mind she gave in to the
