    Everyone laughed again.
    “Come on, Darren, dance with me,” Barry said.

    When security started to move in, Michael waved them off. Darren let Michael know he was all right.
    “So, how about you ditching your mate and coming out back with me? I’ll give you something you won’t forget for a while,” Andy said to Michael.
    Michael was watching Darren and Barry intently.
    “Did you hear me?”
    “Fuck off. You need to take your mate and go somewhere else.”
    “Wow, you’re quite the bitch! You and the Yank are made for each other.”
    Michael ignored Andy when he saw Barry’s hand slip down to squeeze Darren’s ass. He shot out of his seat and hurried onto the dance floor.
    As Darren tried to break away, Barry aggressively pulled him back.
    Michael grabbed Barry’s arm to pull him off Darren. When Barry drew back his fist, security moved in fast. Before Barry knew it, he was on the floor looking up at the ceiling.
    “You’re bloody lucky they got to you first!” Michael yelled at Barry, as Andy swiftly approached from the rear.
    “Look out!” Darren yelled.
    An agent gut-punched Andy, and he went down as well. Club management came over and asked what had happened. Once everything was explained to them, Barry and Andy were banned from the club.
    “That took all of the fun out of the evening. Can we just go to your place now?” Darren asked.
    “That’s a brilliant idea.”
    Security advised the driver to be ready as they weaved their way thought the curious crowd. They neared the entrance, and the people made a path for the couple surrounded by security. The locals recognized security men when they saw them and assumed them to be police or agents guarding VIPs. They stared, but no one tried to hinder the departing pair.
    When they got outside, a line was still in place as were Barry and Andy.
    “Bodyguards, eh? Good thing. You need them!”
    “Get bent, tossers,” Michael shouted.
    The two cars loaded up and took off for one of the royal houses near Buckingham Palace.
    “I’m sorry that happened, Darren. One minute we’re laughing and drinking and the next we’re in a brawl.”
    “Never mind, it’s fine. I’ll still go back there. It’s a great club, and those assholes are banned. So, now that I have my ‘war bride,’ let’s just enjoy the rest of the night.”
    Michael chuckled as they pulled up in front of one of countless, white row homes with black trim and two pillars at the door.
    “Thank you, guys. Sorry you had to get busy tonight,” Darren said to the security men.
    “No problem, Darren. Scotland Yard will be here shortly, and then we’ll be gone. Do you want us to come get you in the morning?”
    “Don’t worry about it. I’ll have my men take him home,” Michael said.
    “Good night, then, gentlemen,” said the detail leader.
    As the couple approached the front door, it was opened by house personnel who’d been alerted.
