don’t know what your other clients usually do, but you’ve got the wrong man if
you want that. Now get dressed and get out.”
    Too numb to argue, she did
exactly as he had told her. As she exited through the door, a hand on her arm
stopped her. The man who had just taken her virginity then had the audacity to
hand her a bundle of cash before releasing her and closing the door on her
still retreating body.

    The inexplicable reaction Devil
had to the call girl confused him. As soon as he had seen her, he began
planning a whole night of activities. The things he had envisioned doing to
her, with her, had his head spinning. He had to keep reminding himself what her
occupation entailed. She was a trained professional. He decided that his lapse
in judgment meant he was in need of a good feed. Once he’d finished gaining
sustenance from a lovely brunette’s neck, Devil went in search of his brothers.
He found Viper behind his desk in their shared office.
    “ You already finished with the
call girl?”
    “ Yep.”
    “ Was she that bad?”
    “ On the contrary, she was that
good. She almost had me forgetting who I am and what she was.”
    “ It sounds like I should check
this girl out.”
    Viper’s groaned comment had Devil
sitting up straighter. For some unknown reason, he had taken offense at the
thought of sharing “Barbie” with his brother. He couldn’t understand his
reaction. They had shared hookers in the past, as he had with Judge and Chaos.
What made this one so different? Maybe it was the downtrodden, defeated look on
her face when she walked out of the hotel room. Shaking his head, he once again
reminded himself that she was a call girl. It was her job to act.
    “ If you do,” he said through
clenched teeth, “make sure you ask for the virgin experience. Modern technology

    Viper raised his eyebrows in

    Devil had been so caught up in

    His self-recrimination was
interrupted when Viper shouted his completion. This was followed by the sound
of a zipper. Boots then appeared from under Viper’s desk, followed by an ass
barely covered by a tiny skirt. Once the woman was standing and had fixed her
clothing, her eyes turned to Devil.
    “ Honey, I was about to tell you
before I was rudely interrupted,” the woman said, staring at Viper. “I’ve been
in this business for a long time, and I can tell you that there ain’t no such thing that can bring back our virginity or
make it seem that way.”
    “ But I felt it. It felt so real,”
Devil stated.
    “ Then, honey, you just took that
girl’s virginity.”

    “ What the fuck!” Devil shouted
once the woman had left the office. To say he was furious would have been an
understatement. Murderous thoughts ran wild through his mind.
    “ Who the hell told you she was a
call girl?”
    “ I’ll give you one guess.”
    “ That
asshole Harrison.”
    Devil picked up the photo Jeffrey
Harrison had given him. Only this time, his eyes saw something they had failed
to earlier. The picture depicted the same woman from tonight minus the makeup.
Her beauty and innocence shone through. How could he have missed it?
      His
murderous thoughts changed slightly. Instead of just killing Jeffrey Harrison,
